Jodi has been coaching clients and providing certification and education to fitness companies for nearly 20 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Performance, numerous fitness certifications including; Nutrition Coaching from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, Peak 10, National Academy Sports Medicine CPT, Peak Pilates Master Trainer, and YogaFit 200-hr RYT.
Grit 3D is a workout for everyone- whether you’re an athlete or just getting started, our program is designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced coaches will provide many safe options that allow you to reach your Grit potential. Classes are always varied, whether we utilize a circuit, tabata, pure strength, or cardio complex format. Grit 3D will utilize our new WoodWay treadmills as well as our Concept 2 rowers to help you improve your cardio vascular health, as well as Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, bands, and Medicine and physio balls to increase your strength and balance. By following an 8 week programming model Grit3D bridges the gap between personal training and group exercise.
