How do make up Peak 10 classes work?

Any missed Peak 10 class can be made up during another Peak 10 class.  If you miss Cardio Strength try and replace that class with a Cardio Strength class.  Do the same with the Cardio class.  You do not need to contact us or make arrangements.  The 5:15 am and 9:15 am class is generally more full.  Please try and use the 630pm/Sat 8am classes as your make up time slot if able.

My muscles are sore – help!

No problem, we have options to help restore your muscles.  BARRE, or Pilates is a great option.  These classes use different muscles that help support the big muscle groups used during Peak 10.  These classes also incorporate a great deal of stretching and mobility.  Please arrive early to each Peak class.  Use our foam rollers or lacrosse balls.  These are key to the recovery of sore muscles, and keeping your body in prime condition during Peak.    Jan 6th & 8th @ 5am, & 9 am, Jan 7th @ 6:15 and Jan 9th @ 7:45 am, Come to class 15 minutes early for a foam rolling tutorial.

What do I need to bring to class with me?

Please ALWAYS carry in your shoes you plan to workout in.  This will help keep the sand and salt off our floors and will prolong the life of your shoes.  You will also want to bring a water bottle with you.  We do have water in the fridge for sale for $1.  Simply toss a dollar in the silver bucket on top of the fridge or jot it down on the clipboard…… It’s on the honor system.
