Sculpt your body using weights and functional movement with our very own Ninja Warrior, Chris Johnson. Set up as a circuit, Chris will take you through different muscle sculpting and cardio vascular drills to improve your speed, agility, strength and endurance.
Train like an athlete! You will love this basic strength training class - weights, kettle bells, TRX & more are utilized to put muscle on your body.
Expect rowing, cardio intervals and kettlebells followed by a 15 minute focus on mobility. Our coaches will guide you through movements beneficial to resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing your total fitness performance.
Expect intervals of core conditioning with cardiovascular exercises.

Tabata was founded in Japan by Izumi Tabata, and Bring It! Studios is thrilled to offer this cutting-edge workout to you here in Chanhassen! Tabata is a form of interval training designed to improve both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, combining alternating segments of work and recovery. This workout regimen will improve your athletic ability AND your ability to burn fat! High-intensity interval training" (HIIT) refers to the amount of effort expended--this class is open to ALL skill levels...you determine the effort you put in. Start where you are today--you'll be amazed at how quickly you progress!
Total Conditioning is designed to work your strengths but, push you outside of your comfort zone by working your weaknesses too.

*It will follow the same outline following this format:
-Strength (15-25min) 2-3 sets of 4-5 muscle groups focused on lifting HEAVY - whatever heavy is for YOU.
-Anaerobic (10-15min) - Intervals that will get your heartrate UP and push your heart health and your calorie burn throughout the day.
-Core (5-10min) Abs, lower back, inner thigh, hips, and lower abs.
-Flexibility/Mobility (5-10min) - Keeping the muscles & connective tissue supple & strong so you can come back and do it all again tomorrow!
