Barbell class uses barbells with varying weights to change your body composition...fat off, muscle on. Whether you are new to lifting or an avid weight lifter, this class will help you grow and learn.

Barre Booty Burn

Work your legs, glutes, and core with techniques utilizing the barre, balls and light resistance. This 60 minute class will get you toned up and stretched out! Shoes optional.

Body Shock

Every 6 minutes SHOCK your body with another form of exercise. This high energy class uses weights, bands, balls, athletic conditioning and kickboxing to give you a 60 minute full body workout. Class concludes with abs and a stretch.

Bottoms Up/Upper Cuts

A half-hour of lower body power sculpting and a half-hour of focused upper body work will ensure maximum muscle definition!

Sculpt your body using weights and functional movement with our very own Ninja Warrior, Chris Johnson. Set up as a circuit, Chris will take you through different muscle sculpting and cardio vascular drills to improve your speed, agility, strength and endurance.

Endurance / Mobility

Expect rowing, cardio intervals and kettlebells followed by a 15 minute focus on mobility. Our coaches will guide you through movements beneficial to resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing your total fitness performance.

Endurance Core

Expect intervals of core conditioning with cardiovascular exercises.


Same great Insanity workout, with extra sculpting! We will add hand weights to some of the exercises - a full body weight and cardio workout - concludes with 10 minutes of abs/core. Don't miss this great workout!

Strength & Stretch

This class is taught by a CrossFit coach. A combination of challenging work with weights followed by essential STRETCHES. The weight work is scaled to your level- no crossfit experience necessary.
