Jodi

Jodi has been coaching clients and providing certification and education to fitness companies for nearly 20 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Performance, numerous fitness certifications including; Nutrition Coaching from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, Peak 10, National Academy Sports Medicine CPT, Peak Pilates Master Trainer, and YogaFit 200-hr RYT.


Jodi instructs the following:
  • Peak 10 AM Session
  • Peak 10 is only open to preregistered, prepaid session participants!

  • Strength & Stretch
  • A combination of challenging progressions in strength followed by essential STRETCHES & foam rolling. The weight work is scaled to your level--no crossfit experience necessary.

  • Pilates Fusion
  • A Pilates-based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and total body conditioning fused with body sculpting exercises designed to make you sweat and create long and lean muscles.

  • TRX Circuit
  • A TRX format utilizes body weight to strength train and focuses on core, mobility and balance.

  • Peak 10 Power Strength**
  • **Peak 10 Power Strength classes at 10:30AM Thursdays & 8am Sundays are a bonus workout opportunity for ALL IN Spring 2017 Peak 10 participants only.
