Erin instructs the following:
  • Barre Booty Burn
  • Work your legs, glutes, and core with techniques utilizing the barre, balls and light resistance. This 60 minute class will get you toned up and stretched out! Shoes optional.

    **PLEASE NOTE: Class size limited to 15. You must cancel 1 hour prior to the start of class to allow waitlisted patrons the opportunity to attend. Thank you!!


  • BodyFit
  • Jump start your fitness by learning how to effectively tone your muscles. You will incorporate interval cardio and weight training to provide a killer exercise program. 

  • Turkey Tabata
  • Join us to start your day off with a great calorie burn BEFORE you put that pumpkin pie in the oven.  Class will be topped off with a great stretch before you enter the turkey coma.

  • Circuit Strength
  • The first half of Circuit class will focus on deep muscle strength training, targeting proper form using specific muscle groups. The second half of class will get your heart pumping by running through the circuit quickly.
     

  • MOD - AM

  • MOD - PM

  • Hit It! Kickboxing
  • This pure cardio blast is based on a kickboxing format developed by Constance Barker. 9 intervals of HIIT are woven into the hour-long format.

  • Small Group Training 2x/week w/Erin
  • Erin's Small Group Training will meet Mondays & Fridays for a total of 17 sessions from 10/23 - 12/22/17.
