Carrie loves to run and has run marathons including the Boston Marathon and many other marathons, triathlons and Ragnar races.

 


Carrie instructs the following:

  • Tabata was founded in Japan by Izumi Tabata & is a form of interval training designed to improve both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, combining alternating segments of work and recovery. This workout regimen will improve your athletic ability AND your ability to burn fat! This class is open to ALL skill levels...you determine the effort you put in.

  • Peak 10 Power Strength**
  • **Peak 10 Power Strength classes at 10:30AM Thursdays & 8am Sundays are a bonus workout opportunity for ALL IN Spring 2017 Peak 10 participants only.

  • Small Group Training 3x/week w/Carrie 4/3 - 6/9/17
  • We are pleased to offer you the opportunity for personalized goal-setting, training & attention in a small group setting with an outstanding coach. Group size is limited to 6 per session.

    You will train 3 times/week and you will be able to take one extra group exercise class each week included in your pricing. Group goals will be set. Motivation & accountability will keep you reaching to achieve them!

    Carrie's 4/3 - 6/9 Small Group Training will meet Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 8:20am (Note: start time of 8:00am on the following dates: 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5).

    $25/class. Can be split into 2 payments (email bringitstudios@gmail.com to request this).

    **NOTE: Small Group Training is subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
