Carrie loves to run and has run marathons including the Boston Marathon and many other marathons, triathlons and Ragnar races.


Carrie instructs the following:
  • Circuit Strength
  • The first half of Circuit class will focus on deep muscle strength training, targeting proper form using specific muscle groups. The second half of class will get your heart pumping by running through the circuit quickly.

  • Cardio Complexes
  • This pure cardio workout incorporates steady state cardio training mixed with H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) complexes and will vastly improve your cardiovascular health.

  • Strength & Conditioning - B

  • Small Group Training 2x/week w/Carrie 6/13 - 8/31/17
  • We are pleased to offer you the opportunity for personalized goal-setting, training & attention in a small group setting with an outstanding coach. Group size is limited to 6 per session.

    You will train 2 times/week and you also have the opportunity to take one extra group exercise class each week. Group goals will be set. Motivation & accountability will keep you reaching to achieve them!

    Carrie's 6/13 - 8/31 Small Group Training will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30am. No class the weeks of July 4-6 and Aug 1-3.

    $25/class. $400 for 16 sessions, can add 4 more if desired. Can be split into 2 payments--email to request.

    **NOTE: Small Group Training is subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
